As a sales agent, I find that if we manage the premarket process well, it leads to far better on market success.

I never rush a property onto the market, patience and process are the key here.

One week of pre sale marketing to my database of buyers primes the campaign and sets the sale up for maximum exposure.

Discussions with buyer agents and who they have on their books, as well as social media videos pre-launch, all yield great results.

Every agent needs to follow their premarket process on every sale, imo.
