
Noosa Springs Golf Course sells for $15M
Noosa Springs golf course recently sold to a Hong Kong developer
who reportedly paid $15 million, for the 18 hole golf course and
prestige residential development in Queensland.
The developer, Golden Horse, has aquired the golf course, club
house and associated businesses plus 23 vacant residential lots
in the 103 hectare community.
Golden Horse entered into a contract to purchase back in July
from the Starkey family, namely Alan and Phil Starkey.
We understand the buyers intend on expanding the resort
development internationally having allready made investments in
Singapore, Japan and Thailand.
Golden Horse is no stranger to golf course ownership, allready
owning a 14 square kilometre resort development in Guangzhou
which includes two 27 hole championship courses.
Alert Propety Group is currently marketing a number of golf
courses in Queensland.
